From Pap's Kitchen To Your Table
Pap's Sauce began many years ago in my very own kitchen. Every year I grew my own peppers in our garden and used them to make what was eventually called Pap's Sauce since it didn't formally have a name. I always made enough to share with friends and family and was repeatedly asked why I didn't try to sell to the public. So after many trial runs and taste tests I finally decided that it was ready . And here we are with what I believe is the best hot sauce on the market today. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Pap's Sauce is located on the Tensas River just outside of Clayton, Louisiana. Most of our business decisions are made in a boat or in the woods. Hunting, fishing, and eating has always been a passion for my entire family.
